Hello! My name is Taylor, and I am a corporate wellness coordinator, group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and all around nuts about healthy, happy living. Welcome to my personal blog!
I love to run and be active, especially with my husband, Tim, our family, and friends. I am a certified group fitness instructor and am inspired when I see the participants of my classes work hard and have fun getting fit! I’m a licensed instructor in Zumba and Piloxing, and am also a certified personal trainer. I also enjoy preparing healthy recipes and attempting to create healthy twists on some of my friends and family’s favorite dishes.
Other things I really enjoy doing are volunteering with Girls on the Run (I was a head coach in grad school!), serving as an alumni volunteer for Alpha Phi Omega, and hanging out with my friends and family!
I’m thankful for my supportive, better half since 2007. Tim and I got married in 2015 and you can read more about that journey here.
Other people you’ll see pop up on the blog a lot are my two best friends – my sisters. My parents created such an amazing home atmosphere for the three of us, and I know I’m fortunate to have close relationships with each member of my family.
Adventure is out there – in so many ways – and I want to be my best, healthiest, happiest self so I can explore and live life to the fullest…each and every day.
