Hello!  My name is Taylor, and I am an #RD2be, former worksite wellness coordinator, group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and all around excited about healthy, happy living.  Welcome to my little corner of the web!


Right now (early-mid 2017), I’m in the process of completing a dietetic internship program through Bowling Green State University, so most of my time is devoted to rotations, schoolwork, and studying.   I still make sure to schedule time for the people and pastimes that bring me joy outside of school, so here’s a little bit more about what that looks like.

I love to run and be active, especially with my husband, our family, and friends.  I am a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and am inspired when I see the participants of my classes work hard and have fun with fitness!   I also enjoy preparing healthy recipes and creating healthy twists on some of my friends and family’s favorite dishes.


Pre-going back to school, I really enjoyed volunteering with Girls on the Run (I was a head coach in grad school!), serving as an alumni volunteer for Alpha Phi Omega, and hanging out with my friends and family.

I’m thankful for my supportive, better half of the past 10+ years.  Tim and I got married in almost two years ago now (what?!) and you can read more about that journey here, here, and here.


Other people you’ll see pop up on the blog a lot are my two best friends – my sisters.  My parents created such an amazing home atmosphere for the three of us, and I know I’m fortunate to have close relationships with each member of my family.


Adventure is out there – in so many ways – and I want to be my best, healthiest, happiest self so I can explore and live life to the fullest…each and every day.  That is my wish for you, too.
