Hello!  My name is Taylor, and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, group fitness instructor and personal trainer, marathoner, and all around excited about healthy, happy living.  I live in the Greater Cleveland area with my amazing husband where we enjoy hitting up the beaches of Lake Erie, hiking in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and enjoying all that this wonderful city (and surrounding area) has to offer.  Welcome to my little corner of the web!


I firmly believe that I’m on this earth to help people find joy in eating, moving, and living a lifestyle that makes them feel INCREDIBLE.


I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and enjoy working with clients in a holistic and intuitive approach towards eating.

I love to run and be active, especially with my husband, our family, and friends.  I’m a six-time marathoner and am training for #7 this spring (2018).


I am a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and am inspired when I see the participants of my classes have fun moving in a way that makes them feel good about themselves!   I’m currently teaching at CycleBar Hudson and love the #CycleSquad and the growing CycleBar Community.  If you live in the area, come check it out!

Something else that brings joy to my life is being involved, as much as time allows, with some outstanding organizations.  Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, Alpha Omicron Pi, Girls on the Run, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation all have special places in my heart.


I’m thankful for my supportive, better half of the past 10+ years.  Tim and I got married  two years ago (what?!) and you can read more about that journey here, here, and here.


Adventure is out there – in so many ways – and I want to be my best, healthiest, happiest self so I can explore and live life to the fullest…each and every day.  That is my wish for you, too.
