Hello!  My name is Taylor, and I am an #RD2be, former worksite wellness coordinator, group fitness instructor and personal trainer, marathoner, and all around excited about healthy, happy living.  I live in Cleveland with my amazing husband where we enjoy hitting up the beaches of Lake Erie, hiking in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and enjoying all that this wonderful city (and surrounding area) has to offer.  Welcome to my little corner of the web!


Right now, I’m in the process of completing a dietetic internship program through Bowling Green State University.  I love helping people find joy in eating and fall in love with foods that make them feel great!  Outside of school, here’s a little bit more about what life looks like:


I love to run and be active, especially with my husband, our family, and friends.  I’m a 5-time marathoner and am training for #6 this fall.  I am a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and am inspired when I see the participants of my classes work hard and have fun with fitness!   I also enjoy preparing healthy recipes and creating healthy twists on some of my friends and family’s favorite dishes.


Pre-going back to school, I really enjoyed volunteering with Girls on the Run (I was a head coach in grad school!), serving as an alumni volunteer for Alpha Phi Omega, and hanging out with my friends and family.

I’m thankful for my supportive, better half of the past 10+ years.  Tim and I got married in two years ago (what?!) and you can read more about that journey here, here, and here.


Adventure is out there – in so many ways – and I want to be my best, healthiest, happiest self so I can explore and live life to the fullest…each and every day.  That is my wish for you, too.
