Running wasn’t always my favorite activity (in fact, I used to loathe the mere thought of running at all!), but over time I have fallen in love with running and the way running makes me feel, physically and mentally.  I never imagined I would run 5k’s, let alone marathons.  I give thanks at the end of each run, good or bad, because there is a lesson in perseverance, strength, and commitment in each one.  You can read more about what running means to me HERE.

If you’re not a runner, that’s okay and I absolutely welcome you here and would love to learn more about you!   If you are a runner, I’d love to hear about your journey!

It’s all about finding what YOU enjoy.  I enjoy running, so it’s what I do!
